Olta began with a question: What would it look like if women made every decision behind a whisky?
Today, Olta is one of the only spirits in the world created entirely by women, from seed to seal. Born in Mexico and built with intention, Olta exists to reimagine what whisky can stand for. Not tradition for its own sake, but tradition as a foundation for something more.
The Whisky
Ingredients
80% heirloom corn 20% malted barley
AGING
Aged three years at 7,000 feet in reused agave and whiskey barrels. Shaped by the land and memory.

From planting to pouring, every step is guided by women. The craft is slow, intentional, and sacred.
Tasting Notes
Vanilla, roasted corn, and pepper on the nose. Honey, stone fruit, and smoke on the palate. A warm, lasting finish.
